About Us

Pollen is owned by Bonnie Garrison and Chris Condon a husband and wife team who met while working together at a nursery over ten years ago. Their simple style mixing rustic and classic gives Pollen it's certain and special flair.

Bonnie holds tight to her southern roots. Remembering spring days spent outside exploring nature and gathering flowers to make posies for her mom. After years in the garden and flower industry she forged out on her own and never looked back. Always excited by color and intrigued by new combinations her work and the shop always stay fresh.

Though a yankee by birth Chris has embraced the culture and the style of the south, loving the long growing season, and being inspired to learn about his new surrondings. As a child Chris spent most of his time in art lessons, or out in the woods building forts and other creations from things he found. This need to create led him to RISD where he studied sculpture. He brings an understanding of materials, process and design to Pollen.
